  • The HAIRFREE online store sells only high-quality and original products that have all the mandatory EU safety certificates and comply with all legal EU requirements, sourced directly from manufacturers and official distributors.

     

    Warranty period

    The warranty period applicable to the product is specified in the Online Store Rules and/or in the documents accompanying the product.

     

    Warranty service conditions

    The buyer is entitled to free warranty service if the conditions of use specified in the product description have not been violated. If it is found that the product submitted to the warranty service center is of adequate quality and free of defects, a technical service fee set by the Seller may apply. To avoid misunderstandings, we urge you to carefully read the product operating instructions.

    When delivering the device for warranty service, please provide:

    • a written description of the defect, indicating the buyer's contact details;
    • a document confirming the purchase of the product (VAT invoice);
    • a document confirming payment for the product (e.g., bank statement, cash register receipt);
    • the complete set of the product.

    Please note that the warranty does not cover defects caused by:

    • improper use, e.g. a household appliance intended for personal use was used for professional purposes;
    • mechanical damage to the device;
    • if the device has been repaired by an unauthorized person;
    • power supply network disruptions;
    • short circuits caused by foreign objects;
    • use of chemicals not intended for this purpose;
    • as well as parts that wear out naturally during use and whose service life depends on the intensity of use, e.g. light bulbs, nail drill heads, flexible electrical connectors, parts made of rubber, leather, paper, textiles, hydraulics, plumbing parts, LED lamps, etc.

    In the event that the reason for returning the goods is unsatisfactory quality, the seller undertakes to replace the goods with similar ones or to refund the money paid.

     

    Delivery to the warranty service center

    Goods can only be delivered to the warranty service center using the Omniva Returns service, and if the goods do not fit in the parcel locker or Omniva is not available in your region, using the courier service of your choice.
    The return address is provided in the form of defective goods.

    The conclusion of the defect assessment will be provided within 14 business days from the date of delivery of the goods to the warranty service center.
