Returns are handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the rules of the online store.
The following rules apply to consumers:
- If you wish to return or exchange a purchased item, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the item and attach proof of purchase. You can use the sample return notification form provided here.
- No later than 14 days from the date you notified us of the return by email, send the returned item using the Omniva return service, and if the returned items do not fit in the post office box, - using the courier service of your choice. The return address is provided in the return form provided here.
- The buyer shall cover the costs of returning the goods.
- The money will be refunded using the same payment method you used to pay for the Goods within 14 days of the date we receive the returned Goods.
Terms and conditions for returning Goods
When returning goods, you must provide proof of purchase and comply with the following conditions:
- each returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging;
- the goods must not have been used, installed, assembled, or disassembled;
- the goods must not have been damaged;
- the original labels (protective film, tape, etc.) have not been removed from the goods;
- the returned goods are complete and have retained their commercial appearance.

The above provisions on returning and exchanging goods apply only to individuals purchasing goods for personal use. Goods purchased for commercial use may only be returned with the seller's consent and in accordance with the Online Store Rules.
Delivery of returned goods
Goods are returned using the Omniva Returns Service.
Returning shipments via Omniva is quick and easy, as 1-2-3:
- fill out the goods return form grazinimai.omniva.lt
- pack the returned goods and place them in an Omniva parcel locker
- wait for your money or replacement goods within 14 days of delivery
The customer pays for the return service according to the return rates applied by Omniva.

Attention: if the returned items do not fit in the parcel terminal, the return must be made using the courier service of your choice.

Packaging of returned goods
Please note that returned goods must be securely packaged.
To ensure that the goods are not damaged during transport, the returned item (2) must be additionally packaged in packaging intended for transport (1). Any empty spaces in the packaging must be filled with packing material (paper, wood shavings, cotton wool, foam, bubble wrap).
Do not use boxes that are too large for your item, as this will require a lot of filling material. There is a risk that they may be crushed during transport.
If the returned items are damaged due to improper packaging, you may be required to compensate us for the losses incurred.
