Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with fine, titanium micro-needles with lengths ranging from 0.25mm to 2.0mm, which make nearly 250,000 micro-punctures on the skin within 5 minutes. Since they are made of titanium rather than surgical steel, they are as thin as human hair and therefore actually penetrate the skin. The precision of the titanium needles ensures safety and comfort during the procedure. The head of each roller is equipped with 192 TITANIUM needles.
