Return and refund policy

Returns of goods purchased in Hairfree.lt e-shop shall be made in accordance with the approved rules for the return and exchange of items.

•     If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you may do so within 14 days from the date of purchase
•     If you wish to return an unsuitable item and receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be borne by the buyer
•     If you wish to exchange an unwanted item for another item, you will be given a discount voucher for your next purchase
•     Refunds are made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated within 14 working days of receipt of the service certificate

Conditions for returning goods

When returning goods, you must present the documents of purchase and comply with the following conditions:

•     each returned item is in its original and undamaged packaging;
•     the goods have not been used;
•     the goods have not been damaged;
•     the original labels (protective films, tapes, etc.) have not been removed from the goods;
•     the returned goods are complete and have retained their original appearance.

The return and exchange rules are based on European Union and national legislation.
