Return and refund policy

Returns of goods purchased in Hairfree.lt e-shop shall be made in accordance with the approved rules for the return and exchange of items.
- If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods
- The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer
- The money is refunded by bank transfer to the bank account indicated within 14 days from the date of the service certificate
Conditions for returning goods
When returning goods, you must present the documents of purchase and comply with the following conditions:- each returned item is in its original and undamaged packaging;
- the goods have not been used;
- the goods have not been damaged;
- the original labels (protective films, tapes, etc.) have not been removed from the goods;
- the returned goods are complete and have retained their original appearance.
The return and exchange rules are based on European Union and national legislation.
Delivery of returnning goods
Goods are returned using the Omniva Returns Service.
Returning shipments via Omniva is quick and easy, just like 1-2-3:
- fill out the return form at grazinimai.omniva.lt
- pack the returned goods and place them in an Omniva parcel locker
- wait for your money or replacement goods within 14 business days after delivery
The customer is charged for the return service according to Omniva's return rates.

ATTENTION!
In cases where the item does not fit in the parcel locker or it is not possible to return the item using the Omniva return service, the return must be made using courier services. Address for returning goods by courier:

Packaging of returning goods
Please note that returning goods must be securely packaged.
To ensure that the product is not damaged during transport, the returned item (2) must be additionally packed in packaging suitable for transport (1). Empty spaces in the packaging must be filled with packing material (paper, wood shavings, cotton wool, foam, bubble wrap). Do not use boxes that are too large for your goods, as this will require a lot of filling material. There is a risk that they may be crushed during transport. If goods are delivered damaged due to improper packaging, the money may not be refunded to the Customer.
