Delivery
1. How long does delivery take?
- Estimated delivery time is indicated on each product page.
- Delivery time when shipping from the EXPRESS warehouse: 1–3 business days after payment.
- Estimated delivery from the supplier’s warehouse: 4–9 business days after payment.
Delivery time may vary if the order is compiled from different warehouses; if the order includes custom-order items; or during holiday periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).
2. How much does delivery cost?
- In Lithuania: from €2.99, to EU countries: from €3.99
- Pallet delivery: from €24.99
The exact price is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on the delivery method as well as the weight and volume of the ordered goods.
3. Do you offer free delivery?
- Yes, for purchases of €69 or more and when choosing “Smartpost” and “LP Express” parcel lockers, delivery is free.
4. Can I pick up the item in person?
- We do not have physical stores. You can pick up items from Smartpost, LP Express, or Omniva parcel lockers if the item fits into a compartment.
5. Do you ship abroad?
- Yes, we ship to many EU countries. If you’d like to confirm delivery to your country, please contact the e-shop administration at [email protected] regarding delivery prices and timelines.
6. How can I track my shipment?
- After placing the order, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Can I return a quality item if it doesn’t suit me?
- Yes, within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. The item must be:
- In its original, undamaged packaging.
- Unused, undamaged, with all tags attached.
- Complete with all components.
2. How does the return process work?
- Fill out the form: grazinimai.omniva.lt
- Pack the item securely (use additional packaging and fill empty spaces).
- Drop the parcel into an Omniva locker within 14 days of delivery.
- Wait for the refund or replacement item.

3. How long does the refund process take?
- Funds are transferred by bank transfer within 14 days from the service report date.
4. What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect item?
- Contact eshop@hairfree by email, describe the situation, and attach a short video clearly showing the product defect.
