Derma Roller is a professional device for microneedle mesotherapy, which is an alternative to laser treatments and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. Derma Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with thin titanium microneedles with lengths ranging from 0.25mm to 2.0mm, which perform nearly 250,000 micro-punctures on the skin within 5 minutes. Derma Roller creates microscopic-sized channels in the skin known as micro-damage, increasing collagen and elastin production, which slows down the skin aging process. Due to the micro-perforation of outer skin layers, active ingredients penetrate significantly deeper than during daily cosmetic applications. The skin stimulation is delicate, ensuring reproductive skin cells and capillaries remain undamaged.
