    The "head down" position improves circulation, and this position also improves the supply of oxygen to the muscles of the upper body and important organs (especially the brain).

    Orthopedists and physiotherapists recommend the "head down" position to relax the spine, thighs, and knee joints. This position is also an excellent preventive measure against muscle strain.
