INFORMATION ON DELIVERY TERMS

The approximate delivery time for goods in stock is indicated by each product. In some cases (e.g. when an order contains more than one item, when an order is picked from different warehouses or during the pre-holiday "peak" period), the delivery date may change.

Delivery to post boxes

Please note that some items, due to their size, do not physically fit into the compartment of post box and therefore cannot be delivered. If this is possible, you can choose this delivery method after adding the item to your basket.

Delivery by courier

The delivery price is dynamic depending on the weight and volume of the goods. The exact delivery price is calculated automatically and is visible at the time of order placement, once the goods have been added to the basket.

Delivery of goods weighing more than 30kg

Dear Customers, please note that goods weighing more than 30kg are unloaded by a truck lift and delivered to the front door of the address. To avoid unnecessary hassle, please take care in advance for the onward transportation of the goods to the final destination (e.g. apartment, office or other specific premises).
