INFORMATION ON DELIVERY TERMS

The estimated delivery time for goods in stock is indicated for each item and is indicative. The final delivery time depends on the time of order placement, the time of payment and the method of payment, as well as the time of preparation of the order (e.g. when the order consists of more than one item and when the order is assembled from different warehouses).

Delivery times can also be affected by the pre-holiday 'peak' period, when courier workloads increase and delivery times are longer.

Delivery to post boxes

Please note that some items, due to their size, do not physically fit into the compartment of post box and therefore cannot be delivered. If this is possible, you can choose this delivery method after adding the item to your basket.

Delivery by courier

The delivery price is dynamic depending on the weight and volume of the goods. The exact delivery price is calculated automatically and is visible at the time of order placement, once the goods have been added to the basket.

Delivery of goods weighing more than 30kg

Dear Customers, please note that goods weighing more than 30kg are unloaded by a truck lift and delivered to the front door of the address. To avoid unnecessary hassle, please take care in advance for the onward transportation of the goods to the final destination (e.g. apartment, office or other specific premises).
