Dermo-Roller is a professional device for microneedle mesotherapy, which serves as an alternative to laser treatments and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. The Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with thin, steel micro-needles ranging from 0.25mm to 2.0mm in length, which make approximately 250,000 micro-punctures on the skin within 5 minutes. The Derma Roller creates microscopic-sized channels in the skin called micro-damages, which increase collagen and elastin production, slowing down skin aging. Thanks to microperforation of the outer skin layers, active ingredients penetrate much deeper than during regular cosmetic applications. After applying active substances to the skin, only about 0.03% to 3% of the substances are transported to the skin. After using the derma roller, active substances absorb 3000% more.
