Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with thin steel micro-needles of lengths ranging from 0.25mm to 2.0 mm, which make close to 250,000 micro-punctures on the skin in 5 minutes. The Derma Roller creates microscopic-sized canals in the skin called micro-damages, increasing collagen and elastin production, which slows down skin aging. Thanks to the microperforation, active ingredients penetrate much deeper than with daily cosmetic application. When active substances are applied to the skin, only between 0.03% and 3% are transported into the skin. After using the derma roller, the active ingredients absorb 3000% more.
