To properly prepare instruments for sterilisation, they need to be washed and dried, or disassembled for more complex designs. Disinfection is effective when the rays fall directly on the item. The whole process takes between 30 and 45 minutes.

The Germix sterilizer is an effective way to safely disinfect cosmetic instruments without the use of chemical solutions or high temperatures. The device is based on the germicidal effect of UV light - 254 nm wavelength ultraviolet light falling directly on the surface effectively kills the living forms of microorganisms.
